BREAKING: Vermont Woman Arrested for DUI and Expired License in Concord Police Crackdown

Concord, NH – A Vermont woman is among several individuals recently arrested in Concord on various charges, including DUI, child endangerment, burglary, and drug possession.

DUI and Expired License Arrest
Nicole L. Fernot, 43, of West Dover, Vermont, was arrested on March 9 at 8:08 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence and operating with an expired license following an incident on Storrs Street.

Child Endangerment Case
Authorities also arrested Asende Alinoti, 36, of Concord, earlier the same day at 9 a.m. on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest took place at the Royal Gardens apartment complex, though police have not released additional details on the case.

  • Autumn E. Burley, 30, of Andover, was arrested twice at Target on D’Amante Drive for drug possession, willful concealment, and bench warrants.
  • Kyle B. Joyce, 39, of Belmont, was taken into custody at the former Steeplegate Mall on a burglary charge.
  • Michelle Lisa Brien, 46, and Melissa Dorothy Frazier, 45, both of Concord, were issued summonses for theft and willful concealment at Target.
  • Jackie Marcell Roberts, 24, of Concord, was arrested at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street for felony drug possession, resisting arrest, and an outstanding warrant.
  • Julius L. Ingram, 55, of Concord, was arrested on three stalking and three breach of bail charges after an incident on Partridge Road.
  • Shawn Michael Fournier, 43, of Goffstown, was arrested on stalking and violation of a protective order at Interstate 93, Exit 13 offramp.
  • Christopher J. Talas, 31, of Portsmouth, was charged with DUI and multiple traffic violations after being stopped on Loudon Road.

The arrests highlight Concord Police’s ongoing efforts to crack down on crime and ensure public safety.
