A disturbing case has emerged in Morgan County, Kentucky, where a man has been arrested on serious charges of incest, rape, and sexual abuse.

Just days later, on February 22, authorities arrested Timmy Keeton, 56, of West Liberty. He now faces multiple felony charges, including incest, third-degree rape, and first-degree sexual abuse.
