Tragedy struck early Sunday morning in the Carey Park neighborhood of northwest Atlanta when a house fire claimed the life of a 78-year-old woman. The fire broke out at a one-story home on 7th Street NW around 12:19 a.m., according to the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department.
