In Polk County, Georgia, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has arrested 37-year-old William Leviticus Self from Cedartown on charges of Cruelty to Children. Authorities took Self into custody on December 15, and he is now being held at the Polk County Jail.
The disturbing case dates back to Valentine’s Day, February 14, when the Polk County Police Department asked the GBI to look into allegations of child cruelty. Investigators discovered that Self had mistreated a family pet in front of his children, forcing them to watch the upsetting act.
