This news comes after another lottery winner, Daniel Bragg from Newtown, Iowa, won $150,000 in the “Money Gift” scratch game. He bought the ticket on New Year’s Eve and couldn’t believe his luck. Bragg, who owns a 2001 Chevy Suburban with nearly 850,000 miles on it, drove through a snowstorm to claim his prize.
