A 19-year-old healthcare worker from Loganville, Georgia, has landed in serious legal trouble after a shocking TikTok video went viral. The young woman, identified as Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, is now facing a felony charge for allegedly dancing in a provocative manner over a disabled person’s head while they sat in a chair.
According to police, the incident was recorded and posted on social media by Koiyan herself. In the video, she is seen wearing scrubs and a stethoscope, making it clear that she was in a healthcare setting. On January 23, 2025, Loganville police were tipped off about the video, which had gained widespread attention online before being deleted. Authorities quickly launched an investigation, leading to a search warrant and her arrest.
Local authorities said they received multiple reports from people who were disturbed by the video. Some even claimed that Koiyan had filmed another similar clip featuring a man sitting in a bathtub, though police have not yet confirmed that case.
Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry expressed his disgust after watching the video. He stated that exploiting a disabled person for social media views was unacceptable. He also confirmed that the video alone provided enough evidence to charge Koiyan with the exploitation of a disabled person, a serious felony offense.
Koiyan is currently being held at Walton County Jail as police continue their investigation. Officials are also looking into whether she may have been involved in other similar incidents. While it appears that Koiyan was part of an in-home adult daycare program, authorities are still trying to determine if she was officially licensed and if any other individuals were affected.
The alleged victims have been checked on by law enforcement, and officials have confirmed that they are not in immediate danger. However, the investigation is ongoing as police work to uncover the full extent of the situation.
