JURUPA VALLEY, Calif. – A 6-year-old boy is devastated after his pony was stolen from his backyard, leaving his family in a desperate search for their missing pet. The pony, named “Little Evil,” has been missing for days, and the family is now clinging to hope that they will be reunited.
According to the Anguiano family, they initially thought Little Evil had run away. However, upon further investigation, they discovered that their backyard fence had been cut, and nearby, a pair of bolt cutters were found. It became clear that their beloved pony had been stolen.
“My son is very devastated and very sad ever since that happened,” said Mayra Anguiano, the boy’s mother. “He has so many fond memories with Little Evil, from running together to simply hanging out in the yard.”
The family, heartbroken over the loss, is now raising funds to buy a replacement pony, but they remain hopeful that Little Evil will be returned. Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is assisting in the search, working with the family to bring the pony home.
This tragic incident has left the Anguiano family shaken, but they continue to search for answers, hoping their son will soon be reunited with his beloved companion.
