In Janesville, Wisconsin, two people were arrested on Friday in connection to a shooting that happened on December 17. The Janesville Police Department shared the update, explaining how the arrests unfolded.
The city’s SWAT team carried out a search warrant on the 300 block of North High Street. During the operation, they took a 41-year-old Janesville man into custody. He is now facing serious charges, including attempted first-degree intentional homicide and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
A second arrest was also made during the search. A 35-year-old woman, also from Janesville, was charged with harboring a felon. Both individuals are currently being held as they await their first court appearances.
According to the police, there’s no need to look for anyone else involved in this case, as all suspected individuals have been accounted for.
