A 26-year-old man was stabbed Saturday morning in an alley in San Diego, and police are still searching for the person responsible.
The incident happened around 11:10 a.m. in the east alley of 4300 51st Street in the Colina Del Sol neighborhood, which is close to the intersection of 52nd Street and Trojan Avenue, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Police shared that an unidentified person walked up to the victim and stabbed him once in the upper back.
Emergency responders quickly arrived, and the man was taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance. Thankfully, his injuries were not life-threatening, and he is expected to recover.
At this time, there’s no description of the suspect, and police are still trying to figure out why this attack happened.
