A conservative influencer, Ashley St. Clair, has made a surprising claim that she secretly gave birth to Elon Musk’s 13th child. The 26-year-old, known for her support of the MAGA movement and controversial opinions, revealed the news on Musk’s social media platform, X, last Friday night.
St. Clair chose Valentine’s Day to announce that she had a baby with the 53-year-old billionaire last year. “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,” she wrote. She explained that she had kept this information private to protect their child but felt forced to speak up as tabloids were preparing to reveal it.
She also asked the media to respect her child’s privacy and avoid unnecessary scrutiny. Many conservative influencers quickly showed their support. Candace Owens, a well-known commentator, defended St. Clair and Musk, saying, “Children should always be off-limits. Journalists are parasites.” She added that she and her husband would be praying for St. Clair. Congressman Matt Gaetz also voiced support, stating, “This child has incredible genetics. Much love to this wonderful family.”
Elon Musk’s children often make headlines, particularly because of their unique names. One of his most well-known children is X Æ A-12 Musk, his son with musician Grimes, born in 2020. Fans were initially confused about the pronunciation, with Grimes explaining that it was simply “X” followed by “A.I.” Meanwhile, Musk clarified on a podcast that “Æ” was pronounced “Ash” and that “A-12” referred to the Archangel 12 aircraft.
Musk and Grimes later had two more children: a daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, born via surrogate in 2021, and a son, Techno Mechanicus, in 2022. Grimes has spoken about Musk’s parenting style, saying that life as his child would be “intense” and that she wanted her own home to be a creative space.
Musk has a total of 11 children with three different women. His first marriage was to author Justine Wilson, with whom he had six children. Tragically, their first son, Nevada, died of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) in 2002. They later had twins, Vivian and Griffin, in 2004 and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian in 2006. Vivian, who changed her name and gender identity in 2022, has distanced herself from Musk and criticized his political views.
Musk has also fathered three children with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, the most recent one born in secret last year. He has frequently expressed his belief in having large families, stating that humanity needs more children to thrive.
