In Phoenix, a tragic incident unfolded on Monday evening when a teenage boy was arrested for shooting and killing a man at an apartment complex in the west part of the city.
It all started around 5:45 p.m. at the parking lot of an apartment complex near Camelback Road and 39th Avenue. Police officers rushed to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they found 32-year-old Marquise Maston suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly taken to the hospital in critical condition.
