At approximately 10:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of screaming and gunfire in the 6400 block of 30th Avenue Southwest. Upon arrival, they discovered the teenager with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Immediate medical aid was administered by police and Seattle Fire Department personnel, and the victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition. Despite life-saving efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
