A shooting at a laundromat in Lafayette, Indiana, has left one person dead and three others injured, including the suspected shooter. The incident happened Thursday evening around 7:40 p.m. at Lafayette Laundry on South Street. When police arrived, they found four people with gunshot wounds.
While the names of the people involved haven’t been released yet, police confirmed that a man has died, another man is in critical condition, and a third man is in stable condition. A woman who was also shot is expected to recover.
Investigators believe the shooter is one of the wounded, and there is no threat to the public at this time. Police are still working to figure out what led to the shooting.
