YouTube Star’s High-Speed Nightmare: Kidnapping, Gunfire, and a Shocking Escape

A popular YouTuber from Texas, Corey Pritchett Jr., is facing some serious trouble after being accused of kidnapping two women and taking them on a terrifying high-speed car ride along Interstate 10. According to authorities, during the ordeal, Pritchett threatened the women with a gun, led them in a prayer, and eventually left them stranded on the side of the road. He reportedly told them, “This is your only opportunity,” before driving off.

The incident happened on November 24, and the details come from a criminal complaint filed in Harris County. The two women were eventually found near a weigh station off I-10 in Brookshire after a local resident spotted them walking along the highway and called for help.

Pritchett, who has over 5 million subscribers across his two YouTube channels, allegedly met the women earlier that day at a gym in Houston. The group spent time working out, riding ATVs, and hanging out at a bowling alley. However, things took a dark turn after the women joined Pritchett to retrieve belongings they had left in his car.

According to the complaint, Pritchett’s behavior shifted dramatically. He began acting paranoid, claiming someone was after him and accusing him of setting a car on fire. Instead of taking the women home, he reportedly sped off in the opposite direction, heading west on I-10 at over 100 mph.

During the ride, Pritchett allegedly pulled out a gold handgun and waved it out of the sunroof, even firing it. The terrified women tried to calm him down by suggesting they pray together, and he agreed but continued driving recklessly. The complaint states that at one point, Pritchett made a video call to a woman saved in his phone as “Future Wife.” During the call, he allegedly asked her if he should kill the women and dump their bodies, to which she reportedly said yes.

The situation escalated when Pritchett reportedly threatened the women, saying, “I’m going to kill y’all,” before suddenly changing his mind. He eventually let them out on the shoulder of I-10 near Houston at around 1:18 a.m., leaving them to walk along the highway for an hour before help arrived.

Pritchett, who is well-known for his comedic videos, music, and family vlogs, has been vocal on social media about the charges. Since his arrest, he’s posted messages defending himself and claiming his innocence. In one post, he wrote, “You see it say ACCUSED right? Don’t worry, I’m finna give the details in court.” He also mentioned having a top lawyer in Houston and expressed confidence in clearing his name.

The case has shocked fans of the YouTuber, who is typically known for his lighthearted content. As the legal proceedings unfold, the story has left many wondering what led to such a disturbing series of events.
