Dallas police are looking into a tragic shooting that claimed the life of a young man near Trinity Groves. It happened early Thursday morning at a park on Gulden Lane, close to the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
When officers arrived just before 1 a.m., they found 26-year-old Elliot Jimenez with a gunshot wound. Emergency crews rushed him to the hospital, but sadly, he didn’t survive.
Right now, there are still more questions than answers. The police haven’t identified a suspect yet, and no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing, as detectives work to uncover what led to this heartbreaking incident.
